Terms and Conditions

1. Dates/Terms/Eligibility:

The BermudAir 2024 promotion begins February 1, 2024 and ends on February 29, 2024. Only BermudAir air bookings made by agents located in the United States for air tickets to any BermudAir destination through their GDS are eligible for the grand prize and the additional prizes as a result of the promotion. The contest is open only to U.S. agents that are in good standing with BermudAir. Void where prohibited

2. How to enter:

Travel agents opt into the BermudAir 2024 promotion by registering on BermudAir.agentworld.com. Booking must be made from February 1, 2024, through February 29, 2024, will be entered to win the grand prize or the additional prizes. All bookings must be actualized by March 31, 2024.

Eligibility for Prizes: 

Agents that opt in and make a booking on their GDS by February 29, 2024, will be entered to win the grand prize.

3. Prizes:

• Grand Prize – 2 Business Class tickets from any US BermudAir destination to Bermuda (BRA). Taxes are included. Prize travel is dependent upon availability and is grand prize travel is valid through December 31, 2024.

All other expenses not specified herein with respect to the above prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is $4,000 USD.

4. Selection of Winner

The grand prize winner will be notified on or about April 30, 2024. If the selected agent entered the promotion with an eligible booking, this agent must provide an itinerary that was booked on their GDS for BermudAir from February 1, 2024, through February 29, 2024. This itinerary must be actualized by March 31, 2024. The winner will be notified by e-mail and required to respond with their mailing address within ten (10) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent to claim his/her/their prize. Noncompliance will result in disqualification and selection of alternative winner. All prizes and drawings for this Promotion will be conducted by Sponsor's agent, Discover the World in Scottsdale, AZ ("Agent"), whose decision is final in all matters relating to the giveaways. If potential winners do not respond, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Terms, prize will be forfeited, and at Sponsor's discretion and an alternate entrant may be notified.

In the case where an agent can be contacted within ten (10) days, but unable to provide a valid booking, an alternative prize of $25 gift card will be awarded to the agent. Up to ten (10) Alternative Prizes will be awarded. All random drawings will cease once a Grand Prize winner is located and able to provide valid booking details. All prizes and drawings for this Promotion will be conducted by Sponsor's agent, Discover the World in Scottsdale, AZ ("Agent"), whose decision is final in all matters relating to the giveaways. If potential winners do not respond, and if the Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Terms, prize will be forfeited, and at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate entrant may be notified.

5. Conditions for the BermudAir 2024 promotion:

Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-changeable. BermudAir reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of the BermudAir 2024 promotion without notice in the unlikely event of major catastrophe, war, earthquake, or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other similar event or to provide substitute prizes of similar value should the specified prizes become unavailable.

Winner must be an agent in good standing with BermudAir and at least 25 years of age and a legal U.S. resident

By participating in this promotion, the winner grants the promoters permission to use their name and likeness on social media for BermudAir and Agent World as well as on usa.agentworld.com website and for advertising and future promotional purposes without additional compensations (except where prohibited).

Winner is liable for any tax liability accruing as a result of this promotion. This promotion is void where prohibited. Entrants must be part of a valid travel agency and it is the entrant's responsibility to update BermudAir of any change in their travel agency. No transfer, assignment or substitution of a prize is permitted by any winner. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of BermudAir, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this promotion.

By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless BermudAir, the sponsors, its officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in this promotion, or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the promotion; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postagedue, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the promotion or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the promotion or acceptance, receipt use or misuse of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the promotion, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney's fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, incidental, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. By entering this promotion, entrants acknowledge that they have read and understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. This promotion is void where prohibited.

6. Winners’ names:

For the names of the prize winners, send an email to BermudAir@us-sales.com. The winners’ names will be sent when the promotion is over, and the prizes are awarded. Requests for the winners’ names must be received by May 15, 2024.
